The core lifts include:
Back Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
Snatch
Clean and Jerk
All workouts include a dynamic warmup, core lift, accessory lifts to include at least one pressing and one pulling movement, and a challenging METCON.
Athletes will master power lifting and Olympic weightlifting movements to increase strength, endurance, and athleticism while gaining familiarity with relevant accessory lifts. This class is offered three times a week and has full programming for both Olympic and Power lifting.
