Foundations

Learn the basics of CrossFit! Our foundations class is offered to those new to CrossFit and is included in your start up fee. Here you will learn how to safely and effectively execute the common movements we perform in the gym. You will also get in a great work out!  By Appointment, sign up at the front desk.


CardioCrossFit

This is a CrossFit class without the heavy weight lifting components.  It is a great way to learn body weight exercises while easing into CrossFit.


Barbell Club

This class is designed for anyone seeking to improve their strength and technique both with Olympic lifting and power lifting.  The class provides instruction on individual lifts and ends with a workout.  It is an great way to supplement our CrossFit programming.  Come check it out!


Gymnastics and Mobility

A class designed to cover the CrossFit gymnastics fundamentals.  Each class will finish with a metcon.


CrossFit Kids

We are a certified CrossFit Kids affiliate!

SPCF Kids
This is for K through 5th grade!

SPCF Teens

This is for the teenagers (middle school and up)!   


Motherhood Fitness

This is a strength and conditioning program for women in motherhood who are searching for answers and a community.


Endurance

This class focuses on increasing your aerobic capacity.  It is a full hour of cardiovascular fun!


Child Care

*Classes at 9am, 10am, 4pm and 5pm weekdays offer child care and Saturday at 9am.
