Our CrossFit teen’s program has one major goal– to improve performance. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate. The workouts are constantly varied so they are less likely to cause overuse injuries as opposed to common training routines and year-round sports. Along with the CrossFit Kids program, the teens will learn the nine foundational movements of CrossFit. They will accomplish new skills daily as they gain confidence and boost their self-esteem. CrossFit Teens is more than just a fitness regimen; it will have a positive impact on your teenager’s life both in and outside of the gym. -CrossFit Inc.

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement." K - 6th grade Kids Class
This will be a full PE curriculum including warm-up, skill work, a WOD, nutrition discussions and games. Each day will have a focus of Cardiovascular fitness, barbell work or gymnastics.
