Nutrition is the foundation of the CrossFit Fitness pyramid. We believe the results you see in the gym are 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Our new Nutrition program (like our CrossFit programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no FAD diets, no short-term results. This new Nutrition Coaching Program at Southern Pines CrossFit is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive changes for life.

Saved by the Barbell is an annual, worldwide CrossFit community Labor Day workout and fundraising effort to bring CrossFit to kids everywhere. The families of SPCF came out for a fun day of exercise and a barbeque in the alley!
