SPCF CrossFit Programs

CrossFit
Our program includes constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. It is a well-rounded CrossFit program devoted to improving our athletes' mechanics in all aspects of the sport. We understand the importance of balancing constantly varied workouts and still incorporating movements frequently enough as to not lose the necessary muscle memory or skills. We go through 6-8 week strength cycles, incorporate higher-level gymnastics, and test the athletes' endurance through a variety of formats, time domains, and movement combinations. Our program is measurable and yields results, both physical & mental. Lastly, we emphasize the importance of establishing strong mechanics through a variety of progressions & scales before we tack on the intensity component. Whether new to the lifestyle or a veteran, our program will help you reach your goals and enhance your quality of life. Foundations
Learn the basics of CrossFit! Our foundations class is offered to those new to CrossFit or who haven't done CrossFit in a while. Here you will learn how to safely and effectively execute the common movements we perform in the gym over 4 personal sessions. You will also get in a great work out!  By Appointment.


Newbie Wellness Program
Add a month of nutrition coaching to the 4 foundations sessions.  You will meet with one of our nutrition coaches for initial consultation and biometric measurements.  We will customize your meal plans for 4 weeks and provide you with a nutrition handbook, access to the Healthy Steps Nutrition App with group messaging and twice a month food log reviews with feedback.


CardioCrossFit
This is a CrossFit class without the heavy weight lifting components.  It is a great way to learn body weight exercises while easing into CrossFit.

Gymnastics and Mobility

A class designed to cover the CrossFit gymnastics fundamentals.  Each class will finish with a metcon.

Endurance
This class focuses on increasing your aerobic capacity.  It is a full hour of cardiovascular fun!
