About Coach

I’ve always been an athlete at heart. Growing up, I played just about every sport I could get my hands on — basketball, volleyball track and cheerleading — but what really shaped me was the drive to train and learn. Sports taught me discipline early on showing up even when you don’t feel like it, pushing through setbacks, and learning to trust the process.

As I got older, that foundation carried me into the world of CrossFit, where I found not only a sport that challenged every part of me, but a community that fueled my purpose. Competing at a high level taught me more about resilience, humility, and teamwork than anything else. Every session, injury, and comeback has shaped the way I coach today.

Over the years, I’ve morphed from athlete to coach, from chasing performance metrics to chasing longevity and purpose — not just for myself, but for the people I work with. I’ve learned that true success isn’t just about PRs or aesthetics; it’s about how you feel, how you recover, how you show up for your life outside the gym. That’s why I blend performance coaching with functional nutrition — to help others build bodies and lifestyles that can truly sustain their goals.

Now, my mission is to help people find strength in all seasons — whether that’s an athlete chasing the podium, a mom trying to reclaim her energy, or someone simply wanting to feel like themselves again. Every experience, win, and hardship I’ve faced has given me the tools and empathy to coach from a place of lived experience, not just textbooks.

Turning Point

For as long as I can remember, I’ve chased excellence through competition. I grew up an athlete — driven, disciplined, and relentless in my pursuit of “better.” That fire carried me all the way to the CrossFit Games. But what makes that moment even more meaningful is that I did it after becoming a mom.

Competing at that level while raising my daughter taught me more about strength than any barbell ever could. It forced me to grow up, to balance intensity with intention, and to redefine what success looked like. My “enemy” wasn’t another athlete — it was the voice inside that said I had to do it all perfectly. I had to learn to extend the same grace to myself that I so easily gave to others.

Motherhood became my greatest coach. It made me selfless in ways I never expected — not because I lost myself, but because I found a deeper “why.” Training no longer became about proving my worth; it became about showing my daughter what’s possible when you live with purpose and perseverance. It became about legacy, not ego.

That turning point reshaped everything about how I coach today. I’ve learned that the strongest version of yourself isn’t built by doing more — it’s built by knowing when to breathe, when to rest, and when to give yourself grace.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose as a coach is to help people bridge the gap between performance and health — to show that you can chase big goals without sacrificing your body, hormones, or joy in the process. I’ve lived the highs and lows of competitive sport: the drive, the burnout, the rebuilding. Those experiences taught me that real success comes from alignment — when your training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all support the life you want to live, not just the physique or score you want to achieve.

I’m passionate about serving the hard-working doers — athletes, moms, and everyday people who are used to pushing hard but are ready to do it smarter. I love helping women who’ve been stuck in the all-or-nothing mindset reconnect with their bodies, find strength again, and learn that rest, food, and self-care aren’t signs of weakness — they’re the secret to longevity. I also have a special heart for competitive CrossFitters, tactical athletes, and busy professionals who want to perform at a high level without burning out.

What motivates me most is watching people realize they’re capable of so much more when they start fueling, training, and living from a place of respect for their bodies. Seeing a client’s energy come back, watching them PR and sleep through the night, or hearing them say they finally feel confident in their own skin — that’s the reason I do what I do. Coaching isn’t just about macros or muscle-ups to me; it’s about impact, transformation, and helping others live the kind of strong, rooted life I’ve spent years building for myself.
