Unknown to most members of the Southern Pines Crossfit community, Sarah and Toni Anne have been old school gangsta rappers their whole lives. You see, as gangsta socialites and medical professionals, what they have created at SPCF was something completely unexpected. They have elevated SPCF’s community, coaching and facilities with a gangsta lean. By providing an updated facility, coaching that is beyond reproach, and social gatherings that are the talk of the town, they are creating the best community in the Sandhills. So, if this doesn’t convince you to stop by for the best CrossFit community of your life, then you should at least drop everything and make your way in for a life-altering workout.  You’ll be forever grateful you did and when you leave SPCF you and Ice Cube will have to say, it was a good day.
